A.D.Kelley Art Authenticity Statement:
All digital artworks created by A.D.Kelley are original “authentic” human works and based on original one-of-a-kind foundational works or compositions that physically exist, or existed, in the real world (IRL).
None of the works origins start with “Generative” (Artificial Intelligence - AI) sources.
Note: There may be a retrospective gallery, collections and/or projects set aside for such “AI” “generative art” in the future. Nothing planned currently.
Example art process…
An original work (a drawing, paining, print or RAW digital photograph) created by A.D.Kelley might be scanned and / or further processed, enhanced or manipulated (physically and / or digitally) to achieve additional Artistic goals and / or effects. In some cases these digital works are printed and physically modified further (drawn on, or added to, with other art mediums or materials) to achieve additional artistic goals. Digital imaging / processing tools and applications may include artificial intelligence (AI) enabled capabilities (e.g. noise filters or image quality enhancements or adjustments tint, contrast, exposure etc.)
Fine Art Mediums:
Paining - oils, acrylic and mixed media on paper, board
Drawing: pastels, graphite, charcoal, chalk and other mediums on anything I can get my hands on.
Printing / Mono-printing: - multiple techniques too numerous to list - each print is unique but similar in composition and subject matter.

What is Generative Art?
Wikipedia…
Generative art is post-conceptual art that has been created with the use of an autonomous system. An autonomous system in this context is generally one that is non-human and can independently determine features of an artwork that would otherwise require decisions made directly by the artist.
Conclusion… The code, scripts or algorithms created by a human is the “art”, not the image created by the computer.
ArtBlocks a digital platform where generative artists publish their generative artworks…
Generative art is an artistic practice where an artist writes an algorithm that defines a system for creating unique works. Randomness is introduced, allowing the system to generate unpredictable yet artistically guided outputs. The practice has roots dating back several decades when artists first began exploring rule-based and algorithmic approaches to artistic expression.
